How to use

1. Business/Enterprise: Settings → Custom Prompts → New Prompt.
2. Define purpose, tone, must-include disclaimers, and banned patterns.
3. Save and share with your team; select prompts when running analyses or exports.

Best practices

• Add disclaimers for legal/finance outputs.
• Avoid PII in prompts; never paste secrets.
• Keep prompts scoped to a single task for consistency.

Security

• Prompts are stored for your org; they are not shared outside.
• Guard against injection by disallowing instructions that override system safety.
